Wanted to just throw a little appreciation Jason's way for being an amazing husband, dad and all round beautiful person.

This man has been by my side through thick and thin. Through all my endometriosis challenges and surgeries, always supporting me even after I was told I wouldn't have kids. His response was we would cross that hurdle when the time came. Must say 2 kids later and we are amazingly lucky to have been able to have two gorgeous girls. He even asked me to marry him after I made my dislike for test cricket very obvious! To anyone that doesn't know Jason, he is sports mad, me on the other hand would rather binge watch all 12 seasons of big bang theory or spend the weekend curled up with a Harry Potter book.

He has handled all Abigail's diagnoses with nothing but positivity and hope (which annoys me at times). I am a realist whereas Jason is an optimist. He is the yin to my yang and as the old saying goes opposites attract. He is wayyyyy more patient than I with the girls and has a knack for avoiding Hazel's poosplosions!

He is honestly the most hard working person I know and is always trying to push himself to provide for the girls and I since I finished work to commit more time as a mum.

I can honestly say he is my person and there will never be a time when I don't want him in my corner. I am beyond grateful for that facebook add and first message!

I never imagined I would feel so fulfilled with my life but as cheesy as it sounds this man has given me my happily ever after.

For better or for worse.

The Medicalised Mumma x
